IT Curves® staff provides phone and on-site support to customers under maintenance agreements. Extended Support options are available upon request. As part of support, IT Curves will install remote access software on customer systems and with their permission, can log into customer system to observe anomalies and issues as they may arise, and provide fixes, operational suggestions, or other technical advice.
IT Curves® provides Software continuously improves and every quarter will incorporate certain number of features, enhancements and fixes that are requested by our customer base. Our customers under Warranty &Maintenance are entitled to new General Availability (GA) software releases.
